PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made as follows:

  • Invoice for the month is shared by the last business day of the month.

  • Invoices need to be cleared latest by the 05th of the next month.

  • Any work hours unbilled from the last day of the month will be adjusted in the subsequent month.

2. Late Payments: If any payment is not made within 1 week of its due date, the Advisor reserves the right to suspend the services until such time as the pending dues are cleared.
3. It is agreed that the fee arrangements with the Advisor are based on the agreed scope of work.
4. If in the Advisor‘s opinion, there is a change in the scope of work after signing of this Agreement, both parties may agree to revise such fee arrangements.

TERM AND TERMINATION

1. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
2. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 15 days. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Notice shall be given through an email on the email id mentioned in this agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Parties agree to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and avoid the unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information, including but not limited to implementing and enforcing security measures to prevent access to the Confidential Information by unauthorized persons.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Refunds: The client can let the Advisor know of any faults in service and all measures will be taken to rectify the situation. However, no refunds will be processed, unless there is a clear case of misuse / malappropriation of funds.
